Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle the end-to-end recruitment process.
2. Source profiles from various job portals.
3. Screen and shortlist relevant candidates.
4. Conduct interviews.
Requirements:
1. Excellent Communication: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
2. Timeliness: Ensure tasks and responsibilities are completed on time, adhering to deadlines and schedules.
Dedication: Show commitment and enthusiasm in all assigned tasks, contributing actively to team goals.
3. Education: An MBA or any undergraduate degree is preferred, showcasing a solid educational background relevant to the role.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 250 per sale).
