Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.
2. Post job openings on various platforms to attract suitable applicants.
3. Schedule interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
4. Assist in reviewing resumes to identify qualified candidates.
5. Support HR in daily operations and administrative tasks.
6. Conduct background checks to verify candidate credentials.
7. Arrange and maintain HR documents for record-keeping and compliance.
8. Plan and organize employee engagement events to foster a positive workplace culture.
