About the internship
We're looking for an intern to assist with budgeting and financial planning for two rental dental clinics, followed by research methodology work for an upcoming course. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates with a background in finance, economics, business, or research.
This internship offers a unique opportunity for management students to gain hands-on experience in integrating HR software and supporting various administrative tasks within a dynamic dental clinic.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work with Zoho HR software to streamline and enhance our HR processes.
2. Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the clinics (1-2 weeks).
3. NABH accreditation for both clinics, along with necessary statutory government approvals and empanelment with various government and private sector schemes, (like ISRO, BHEL empanelment)

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive ( 5000 per performance-based).
1. Evaluation Period: A 15-day evaluation period will be conducted to assess performance.
2. Upon successful completion of the internship, a certificate will be provided.
3. Compensation includes a stipend of 5,000 plus an additional bonus of 2,000 to 5,000 based on the quality of work.

Other requirements
1. Technical skills: Proficient in English and computer usage. Must have access to a personal laptop.

4. Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a related field.
