Job Overview:
Accretion Aviation is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Ground Staff Intern to assist with the coordination and smooth operation of our Chardham Yatra trips. The intern will play a crucial role in welcoming and guiding our guests, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience from their arrival in Dehradun to the start of their journey.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Guest Coordination:
1. Be available full day on the arrival of guests to provide assistance and address any queries.
2. Greet and welcome guests at the airport, Sahastradhara helipad, and hotel.
3. Ensure timely and efficient check-in processes for guests.

b. Pre-Trip Briefing:
1. Conduct pre-trip briefings to inform guests about the itinerary, safety protocols, and other essential details.
2. Provide clear and accurate information to ensure guests are well-prepared for the trip.

c. Logistical Support:
1. Assist with luggage handling and transportation coordination.
2. Ensure all travel arrangements are in place and communicated to guests.
3. Coordinate with the operations team to handle any last-minute changes or issues.

d. Travel Coordination:
1. Accompany guests to and from the airport, Sahastradhara helipad, and hotel as required.
2. Ensure timely transportation and smooth transitions between different stages of the trip.
