Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 3rd Nov'24 and 8th Dec'24
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Demonstrate a passion for nonprofit work: Candidates should exhibit a genuine interest in and commitment to the organization’s mission and social impact initiatives.
2. Showcase excellent interpersonal skills: Candidates who can build rapport with diverse individuals and communities while being personable and empathetic are preferred.
3. Exhibit self-motivation and proactivity: The ideal candidate should take initiative, be goal-oriented, and approach tasks with enthusiasm, especially when working independently or in the field.
4. Adapt and solve problems effectively: Candidates should demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances, handle challenges, and find creative solutions in dynamic environments, such as events or fieldwork.
5. Apply basic knowledge of fundraising tools and platforms: Familiarity with fundraising software, CRM systems, or digital marketing tools like Canva, Excel, or social media platforms is a plus.
