Fashion Design Internship

Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting market research and trend analysis
Create sketches and technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
Collaborate with the design team in brainstorming and developing design concepts
Assist in fabric and trim sourcing and selection
Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate execution of designs
Participate in fittings and provide feedback on garment construction and fit
Assist in creating presentation boards and materials for client meetings and fashion shows
Stay updated on industry trends, fashion shows, and competitor collections

Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Fashion Design or related field
Strong passion for fashion and a keen eye for style
Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software
Knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of current fashion trends and industry developments

Skills
Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW
Knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques
Strong sketching and illustration skills
Ability to create technical drawings using CAD software
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of industry trends and fashion history
