Event Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in coordinating logistics for urban events, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site coordination
2. Supporting the marketing team in promoting events through social media, email campaigns, and other channels
3. Helping with creating event timelines, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful execution
4. Collaborating with team members to brainstorm creative ideas for event concepts and themes
5. Assisting in managing RSVP lists, guest communication, and event registration processes
6. Providing on-site support during events, including set-up, registration, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
7. Conducting post-event evaluations and analysis to assess the success of each event and identify areas for improvement
