About the internship

We are looking for an E-commerce Sales Intern to assist in managing leads and customer interactions on platforms such as IndiaMART. The candidate will engage in cold calling, handling incoming customer queries, and assisting with lead generation and purchasing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in e-commerce sales and customer service.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Cold calling potential leads generated through IndiaMART and other e-commerce platforms.
2. Responding to incoming customer queries and assisting with inquiries related to products and services.
3. Handling purchasing leads and converting them into sales opportunities.
4. Assisting in the development of sales strategies to improve customer engagement.
5. Managing customer databases, ensuring all information is up to date.
6. Tracking customer follow-ups and ensuring prompt responses.
7. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on customer trends.

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Comfortable with cold calling and customer interaction.
4. Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms like IndiaMART.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
