E-Commerce Listing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Product Listing Management:
Create, edit, and manage product listings on our eCommerce platform and other online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Flipkart).
Ensure product descriptions, titles, images, and prices are accurate, complete, and optimized for search engines.
Content Creation and Optimization:
Write compelling product descriptions and titles that highlight key features and benefits.
Optimize listings with relevant keywords to improve search visibility and ranking.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and update listings accordingly to prevent stockouts or overselling.
Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels are reflected online.
Quality Assurance:
Perform regular audits of product listings to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in product information.
Competitive Analysis:
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor listings.
Analyze competitor listings to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.
Customer Service Support:
Assist in responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to product listings.
Manage and respond to customer reviews and feedback on product listings.
Reporting and Analytics:
Track and analyze the performance of product listings using analytics tools.
Prepare reports on key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance.
