About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle inbound customer queries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
2. Provide accurate information regarding orders, products, and services.
3. Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
5. Update and maintain customer records in the database.
6. Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve customer problems when necessary.

Minimum of a high school diploma; higher education or certifications are a plus.
