About the internship
BizExpress Advisors is a private limited company dedicated to providing comprehensive business support services. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CS (legal) intern to join our team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling company incorporation (Pvt. Ltd., LLP, OPC, etc.).
2. Working on annual returns (LLP 8, LLP 11, AOC 4, MGT 7, etc.).
3. Maintaining records (BM, EGM, AGM, etc.).
4. Handling share transfer, issue of shares, etc.
5. Planning for ESOP, MSOP, CCPS, Debentures, iSAFE, etc.
6. Working on RBI compliances with FLA, FCGPR, etc.
7. Drafting contracts and agreements.
8. Handling trademark applications and hearing.
Earn certifications in these skills
Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 21st Sep'24 and 26th Oct'24
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Candidates seeking full-time internship/CS articleship can apply.
2. Graduate or CSEET can apply.
3. Candidates planning to appear for the Dec 2024 exam, please do not apply.
