CRM (Client Relation Management) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Company's CRM strategy.
1. Analyze customer data to understand trends, needs, and behavior for better engagement.
2. Ensure CRM strategies align with business objectives and goals.

b. Customer Engagement & Retention:
1. Design and execute personalized customer communication plans to enhance customer retention.
2. Implement automated workflows to increase customer lifecycle value.
3. Segment customers based on behavior and characteristics for targeted campaigns.

c. Data Analysis & Reporting:
1. Monitor, analyze, and report on CRM campaign performance and customer data insights.
2. Use analytics to drive improvements in customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

d. CRM Tools & Systems:
1. Oversee the use of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and ensure optimal performance.
2. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and ensure smooth system operation.
3. Continuously update and cleanse the CRM database.

e. Cross-functional Collaboration:
1. Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
2. Provide training and support to internal teams on CRM best practices.

f. Customer Experience Management:
1. Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving service.
2. Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer journey.
