About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Post videos and write SEO-friendly descriptions and tags for the videos posted on the YouTube channel
2. Create creative and engaging content for Internshala YouTube channels (Internshala and fresher jobs)
3. Create engaging community text and image polls, posters, and quizzes for YouTube community pages
4. Script videos, posts, and YouTube thumbnails and coordinate with design & video production teams to create them
5. Act in YouTube Shorts, ideate & research on scripts, ongoing trends & music
6. Research, analyze, and write for industry-related topics & trending subjects
7. Innovate and tap into the latest trends continuously to push the bar on Internshala YouTube content quality
8. Analyze the growth and insights across different channels and chart out strategies to improve engagement rate and other metrics

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

Other requirements

We are looking for someone who:

1. A high-ownership, enthusiastic, and highly motivated individual.

2. Is immensely creative and always bubbling up with new ideas.

3. Can write compelling copies.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in Hindi and English).

5. Strong proof-reading and editing skills

6. Prior experience in content writing, YouTuber (owns a channel), Vlogger, or a similar role in the education industry.

7. Understanding how to create engaging and attractive content to optimize YouTube channels.

8. Understanding and knowledge of YouTube and its algorithm will be an added advantage.

Please note that for outstation candidates, we provide PG accommodation for the first 7 days and also reimbursement of AC-3 tier train fare for relocation.
