About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Community Growth: Help onboard new members through referral programs, social media, and partnerships.
2. Planning and looking out for new avenues
3. Assisting leads with the key objective of placing orders through cold calling and different avenues.
4. Identifying and pitching entrepreneurs, artists, and companies our services based on market research
5. Handling & Recruiting team & generating sales from them.
6. Content Creation: Develop engaging content (memes, reels, polls, newsletters) to spark conversations and interactions.
7. Assist in administrative tasks related to the sales process, such as preparing sales reports, updating sales pipelines, and managing sales documentation.
8. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to support sales strategies and decision-making.
9. Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customer.

Other requirements
1. Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
3. Prior experience or a keen interest in Sales and group moderation.
4. Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Slack, etc.) and basic content management systems.
5. Proactive, creative, and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Basic analytical skills to monitor engagement metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (3% of revenue generated).
There will be an opportunity to cash in incentives in this internship. The incentives start with 3 sales in the period of 2 months.
