About the Program

The Campus Ambassador's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential corporate clients and community groups.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking events, and other outreach methods.
3. Create and present compelling proposals to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our mental health and wellness programs.
4. Oversee existing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
5. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities within the mental health and wellness industry.
Learning opportunities
1. Onboarding Training: Introduction to the brand, role expectations, and promotional strategies.
2. Marketing & Branding Workshops: Learning digital marketing, social media growth, and brand positioning.
3. Leadership & Communication Training: Enhancing public speaking, persuasion, and networking skills.
4. Sales & Negotiation Skills: Understanding how to pitch ideas, convince peers, and generate leads.
5. Event Management Training: Hands-on experience in planning and executing successful campus events.
6. Exclusive Mentorship Sessions: Direct interaction with industry experts, company executives, or past CAs.

Other requirements

1. Hold a bachelor’s degree or be currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

2. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

3. Exhibit strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

4. Show a passion for mental health and wellness.

5. Work independently and effectively as part of a team.

6. Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiently.

Selection procedure
The selection process typically includes the following steps:

1. Online Application: Interested candidates fill out an application form with details about their background, skills, and motivation to join the program.
2. Resume & Social Media Review (if applicable): The team may review the applicant’s resume and social media presence to assess their communication and promotional skills.
3. Initial Screening/Shortlisting: Based on the application, a shortlist of candidates is created.
4. Interview/Assessment Round: Shortlisted candidates may have a one-on-one interview or group discussion to evaluate their communication, leadership, and marketing abilities. Some programs may include a task (e.g., creating a social media post, writing a promotional pitch, or executing a small marketing campaign).
5. Final Selection & Onboarding: Selected candidates receive an offer letter/welcome email.

They undergo an onboarding session explaining their responsibilities, expectations, and available resources.
