About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. CRM management: Help maintain and update the company's CRM system with lead data, sales activities, and customer insights.
2. Market research: Conduct research on the EdTech market, competitors, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
3. Sales support: Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
4. Customer engagement: Support client interactions by providing information about products and services, answering basic queries, and assisting with demos.
