About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct research to identify potential clients and target industries
2. Create, edit, and personalize outreach emails, messages, and call scripts for cold-pitching
3. Initiate contact with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
4. Manage a pipeline of leads and track engagement metrics in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
5. Experiment with and optimize subject lines, email copy, and follow-up strategies to improve response rates
6. Assist in maintaining a database of prospects and clients, ensuring data accuracy and organization
7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align campaign messaging and goals
8. Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, response rates, and key learnings

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

2. Strong written and verbal communication skills

3. Basic understanding of sales principles and client outreach

4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

5. Comfortable with email, LinkedIn, and other outreach platforms

6. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to feedback

7. Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus
