About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist the sales team with lead generation, follow up with potential clients, and manage customer relationships
2. Conduct property tours and site visits with prospective clients, and showcase project details and benefits
3. Provide clients with detailed information about projects, and guide them through the sales process
4. Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies and enhance client engagement
5. Collect feedback from clients to refine product offerings and services
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
7. Stay updated on market trends, and competitor activities, and identify potential new leads in the real estate sector

English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. Completed a bachelor/master's degree in business, real estate, marketing, or related fields

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients

3. A self-motivated individual with a strong interest in real estate and sales

4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

5. Basic knowledge of real estate market trends in Ahmedabad is a plus
