About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Analyze user interactions and feedback to refine and optimize AI conversation quality
2. Develop and set up analytics pipelines to systematically analyze usage patterns across cohorts for optimizing AI conversation quality in different use cases
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and medical experts, to design metrics for assessing product success
4. Develop and maintain metrics to assess the effectiveness of NLP and ML implementations
5. Provide insights and recommendations for the continuous improvement of AI models

A get-things-done approach and being comfortable with unstructured problem statements are probably the most important skills you could bring to the table.

Other requirements

1. Demonstrate proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with data handling, efficient querying techniques, and familiarity with ClickHouse, similar platforms, and data tooling frameworks (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, MS Excel)

2. Have the ability to set up and manage analytics pipelines and perform complex data analysis, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

3. Adopt a results-oriented approach, with a willingness to embrace flexibility and drive impactful changes

4. Adapt and pick up slack, even if it goes outside your job description
