Accounting & Bookkeeping Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Managing office operations: Schedule and attend meetings & appointments and managing daily schedule, coordination between the client and the partners
Handling correspondence: Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication through calls, email and letters
Assisting with finance tasks: Administrators assist with invoicing, budgeting, report making, bookkeeping and other documentation duties
Maintain database: Maintains records and database for all financial transactions and stock/inventory
Handling banking & payment: Manage offline/online payments & offline bank responsibilities
Overlooking Staff: Daily attendance and payroll management
Liaising with vendors and contractors: Managing purchase and contract aspect with all existing vendors and contractors, seeking new vendors and contractors
Progress Note: Tracks progress in-office & on-site for requirement and delivery
