About Change Engine

Change Engine seeks to address some of the toughest problems in India and take on initiatives that have not been attempted before. We address these challenges by building organizations and startups, supporting both organizations and individuals and advocating for policy interventions. Founded by Varun Aggrawal in 2022, The Change Engine boasts a portfolio of multiple startups and is in the process of launching a unique incubation program for young entrepreneurs. Our approach involves addressing these issues from first principles — gaining a deep understanding of each problem and deriving solutions accordingly. We strongly emphasize the use of technology for scalability and the role of research in tackling complex challenges. The ACE: Agents of Change Entrepreneurs program is an initiative of The Change Engine, a venture builder organization that focuses on assisting early-stage startups through mentoring, guidance, and financial support.
